At HomeGenie, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a service, please review our cancellation guidelines below:
Free Cancellation:
Cancel your booking free of charge at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
Late Cancellation (Within 2 Hours of Service):
If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a small cancellation fee will apply to cover service preparation costs.
If the service provider arrives and you are not available or fail to inform us in advance, the service will be marked as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
Easily cancel your booking through the HomeGenie app by going to "My Bookings" and selecting "Cancel" next to your scheduled service.

In the event of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, service provider cancellation), we may offer a full refund or reschedule the service free of charge.
HomeGenie reserves the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our app and website.
